Could artificial intelligence be taking over?

My question was “Do you agree with self driving cars?” : Introducing the idea of self driving cars.

Prediction

There is a major debate of having self driving cars by the year 2022. Can we really trust that these cars will have human intelligence? since thats what AI is partly about? These cars arent just some experiment, humans lives depend on this as well so the creators of this invention should be smart on how they use it.
